Refund Policy

Because The Parent's Guide to Reconnecting With Your Kids After Work is an instant-download digital product, there's no physical item to ship back, so traditional returns don't apply. Once the file has been downloaded, the sale is final.

That said, we want you to actually get what you paid for. We'll happily fix the issue or issue a full refund if:

- You never received a working download link, or the file won't open
- You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order
- You purchased by mistake and haven't downloaded the file yet

If any of these apply, email us at helprenewly@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll sort it out.

Damages and issues
If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or you received the wrong document, contact us right away at helprenewly@gmail.com and we'll get you a working copy or a refund.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download has begun with your consent, which happens automatically the moment your purchase is completed for this instant-download product. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once download begins, consistent with the digital content exception under EU consumer protection law.

Non-returnable by nature
Because this product is delivered digitally and instantly, we're unable to offer refunds for a simple change of mind once the file has been downloaded — there is no way for a digital file to be "returned."

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at helprenewly@gmail.com.
